Robert Rediker
Mr Rediker is a founding partner of SR Investors and has been instrumental in structuring the strategic growth for the company as well as leading capital sourcing, land acquisition and asset management.
Mr. Rediker was previously the Senior Vice President for Development and Construction at Onyx Equities, a large commercial real estate operator and developer located in Newark, N.J. (www.onyxequities.com). Prior to his tenure at Onyx Equities, Mr. Rediker was a Managing Director at GTIS Partners (www.gtispartners.com) where for ten years he led the strategic and operational performance of $2B of equity invested in the U.S. and Brazil. Prior to GTIS, Mr. Rediker spent nearly twenty years in various legal, development and asset management roles at Forest City Realty Trust, now part of Brookfield Asset Management.
Mr. Rediker has a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a BA from Emory University and attended the Lawrenceville School. Mr. Rediker is a licensed attorney and real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey.
Robert D. Frost
Mr. Frost is a founding partner of SR Investors, focused on acquisitions, capital formation and portfolio management.
Mr. Frost was previously an investment banker in the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure and Lodging Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Frost worked on a broad range of equity, debt and mergers & acquisitions assignments on behalf of real estate opportunity funds, REITs, real estate operators and gaming and lodging companies. In addition to his role at SR, Mr. Frost is a founding Member of Signature Urban Partners, a real estate investment firm that focuses on the acquisition and development of affordable housing and other projects in the New York City metropolitan region. He also serves as President of Signature Partners LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage firm. A lifelong resident of New York City, Mr. Frost received his A.B. from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. Mr. Frost has served on numerous not-for-profit Boards and is presently the President of The Lucius N. Littauer Foundation and the Chairman of the Board of The Shefa School.
Andrew M. Weiss, Jr.
Mr. Weiss is a founding partner of SR Investors, focused on portfolio acquisitions and leasing. Mr. Weiss also serves as the CEO of Signature Partners LLC, a commercial leasing firm.
Mr. Weiss began his real estate career as a leasing broker for Williams Real Estate Co. Inc. (now Colliers International) At Williams, Mr. Weiss received his formal training in the commercial real estate business learning the inner workings of the leasing transaction from the perspectives of an owner, managing agent and tenant. During his career as a leasing broker, Mr. Weiss has leased millions of square feet throughout the NYC metropolitan region including Long Island. He has also been responsible for the acquisition of over 1,000,000 sf of properties in multiple asset classes. In addition to his career in real estate, Mr. Weiss is a successful inventor, and the holder of several patents. Mr. Weiss, who resides in New York City, is a 1984 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
